Charleston Oncology, a leader in comprehensive cancer care across the Lowcountry, is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our elite team of 12 board-certified oncologists. This position will work closely with a hematologist/oncologist who also specializes in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and will involve caring for complex oncology and cellular therapy patients.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced APP to deepen their expertise in hematologic malignancies and advanced therapies, including Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and CAR-T cell therapy.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced care to hematology/oncology patients, with an emphasis on hematologic malignancies.
Participate in Bone Marrow Transplant and CAR-T therapy patient management under physician supervision.
Coordinate care across inpatient and outpatient settings, including managing acute side effects and complications.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
Manage EPIC EMR workload and ensure timely patient communication.
Required Qualifications
Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team.
Comfort caring for complex inpatient and outpatient oncology populations.
Strong EMR management skills, preferably with EPIC.
Flexibility to practice at multiple Charleston-area locations.
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of hematology/oncology APP experience (5+ years preferred).
Direct experience managing BMT or CAR-T patients.
Background in managing acute inpatient oncology care.
Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
